RATIONALE
Aware of the noble objectives of the 4PH program and the government’s strong desire to urgently address the gargantuan housing needs of the Filipinos (estimated backlog of about 6 million housing units), this 5-day training course on Core Mortgage Lending Management can assist the successful roll-out of the developmental loan (wholesale lending portion) of the program especially to the new loan beneficiaries.
OBJECTIVE
To equip credit officers and loan processors with the tools and techniques on how to effectively analyze, appraise, package, supervise and manage housing development projects from “inception to completion”.

Face-to-face lectures, technical exercises and case studies, individual and group assignments.
