COURSE DESCRIPTION
Good governance, risk management and compliance are considered to the key pillars or imperatives of effective financial management. When applied holistically, it can add significant value and provide competitive advantage to an organization. Integrating the pillars would be more efficient, and legally sound when the Board of Directors, senior management, and staff at all levels are involved in adopting GRC in the organization’s conduct of business.
